the base and
sports

incentives,
properties with
100+ subscriber
units must agree to
broadcast the

channels on a
full-time basis:

Geographic (HD)
Eligibility:
■ New and
existing
properties with
45+ subscriber
units with no
previous DIRECTV
HD
programming
services.
■ Properties
that participate
in one offer
will not be able
to participate
in another
offer.
With a 60-month
agreement along with
applicable HD Access
fee,
lodging and institution
properties will receive
the following free HD
equipment:

CHOICE™ Package.
■ Applicable HD
Access fee.
■ Must have a
minimum charge
of $10 per unit
per month, which
includes the
IN-ROOM CHOICE™
Package and HD
Access costs.
■ Flat-rate
services (Local
Channels,
JadeWorld and
Distant
Networks) do not
qualify towards
the minimum
charge amount.
■ 5-Year
Agreement
■ Pro-rated ECF
applies – to be
divided equally

■ Credit

model the
property would
be responsible
for any and all
installation
costs if any.
